Welcome to Disco Volume Three.
In the seventies I can only imagine how good it would've been to walk into a club and hear some of these records newly released, belting out through the speakers with everybody moving on the dance floor. If you ask me, it would've been bliss.
Once again on these tracks you can hear so many sounds that have influenced bands and music that followed in later years. The lyrics and sounds are timeless, the dance moves and fashion are iconic, what's not to love?
"Time is running out so fast, so much to be done
Try to find your way and let's go dancin' along
A voyager"
Absolutely magnificent lyrics, take me back there....
As always this mix was recorded from my own collection of 45's at Williamson Studios.
