heuristics in solving of a task must not be optimal. But it provides solution, if talking about heuristic methods. This solution for example must not be optimal, but it can be achieved rather differ from classical optimizing or solving methods in a good way. Sometimes those solutions come without explanation, those methods simply work. Often faster, or with less resource exhaust. Simply taking their way across all roads by own trajectory. Heuristic solutions are working solutions, may be formally not described, but almost optimal.
