Is there anything better than hanging out with good friends, cooking good food together and then drinking and eating that food with those friends? Probably not as we discovered this past weekend while celebrating Mr Matt 'Famtree' Dyke's 35th birthday on Saturday.
And what better way to do this than with the lovely people at Migrateful (www.migrateful.org), a super charity that specialises in assisting refugees who have overcome challenges to escape terrible situations to start a cooking career in the UK by teaching people like us to cook dishes from their home country. Want to learn how to make Sri Lankan ambul thiyal or Eritrean tsebhi? Well these guys will show you how. Its fun and educational but it's also a great opportunity to help with a really worthy cause not to mention offsetting a few of our own self indulgent hedonistic nights out and you don't feel rubbish the next day.
So a huge shout out and thank you to our chef Stella and all the team at Migrateful.

Loved this show Mark. Always a fan of a Hi-Tek beat especially with Mos Def on the mic. Good Hip Hop selection. Really got into the mix from Cantonia through to Stone too, but all killer, no filler throughout mate
