Its all empty. I spent some time in Berlin recently. One night it was all about me, Billy Nasty and records. Old school analog music. Techno. No phones. No selfies. No likes. Fuck your likes.
No one connects. Except us, you (J) and me in the underground. When everything and everyone is gone, the underground prevails. Like it always did. Substance they call it. Anything but emptiness.
In the early 2000's I used to love Jimmy Van M and Luke Chable. Hernan played Chable a lot. It was the melodies. The progressive melodies. You could feel them taking you somewhere. In an 11:11 moment I came across Jimmy and Luke again while shopping for new music. Good people. From the time when music was about music and fiends, and connecting there, not on the cloud. People liked each other and not posts. Life was more real. Connected.
