FACT Mix 84: Lusine

This morning’s exclusive FACT mix comes from Jeff McIlwain, the techno producer best known as Lusine.

A stalwart of the Ghostly International camp (also home to Matthew Dear and Dabrye), he’s an expert at many styles – his records take in IDM, fat ambient, broken hip-hop and straight techno, and records like Serial Hodgepodge, Emerald and the Podgelism remix comp have garnered much play here at FACT HQ over the years.

This month he returns with a new full-length, A Certain Distance, his first for Ghostly since 2007.
