I just picked up the Traktor app for my iPad. Most of my mixes are done in Ableton, but this looked like fun and it's portable, so I decided to give it a try. Although it obviously doesn't offer all the options of Ableton, it does a good job of covering the basics and has some nice FX options. I might have gone a bit overboard with them, but I was really just messing around. It's not something I'd want to use to play live at a party, but it's certainly worth the $20 for a quality DJ app that actually works and is capable of producing decent mixes without train wrecks or constantly searching for a track that actually will beat match correctly.

Just a little hard techno from my first Traktor tinkerings. I'm much more proficient with Ableton but I'm learning how to use this nice little piece of software. So far, it's great fun! Now if I could just get Apple to allow micro SD cards in their hardware I could get a respectable library on this thing, frigging proprietary Nazi scum.
