This set was created to honor our friend Qix,
Qixxer and I go back many years, I had the pleasure to share music with him in lots of different venues thru out my journey as a Mixer/Dj.
I have plenty of memories of us doing sets together, I do miss him very much, all his poetic comments of his feelings while listening to me.
It really touched me when I was told I was one of his favorite Dj, and had the honor to play this set live at his memorial.
My friend Qix, thank you for the time together, thank you for your ears, your comments on my sets, thank you for the laughs and friendship, I know its been a few months since your passing, but I want you to know, your memory lives on with me, you're missed.
Rest In Peace, and hope you will enjoy my sets from whatever you are!

Daniel, this is truly spectacular. I know I'm late in listening and commenting but sorry for your loss. This is an amazing tribute mix. It certainly is a special mix with lots of soul. Superb selections...too many to name but here's a few real standouts for me: Colours, Borderline, Question is Why. Wonderful ending tune as well. Always a real pleasure to listen to your mixes. Hope all is well.
