After a hideous month of no Internet, I am finally sorted and have it back! After moving to my new home, I happen to randomly turn on my equipment and just mix, whatever came to mind. Interesting enough somehow I landed on a folder I didn't really bother with since 2012, and of course it ended up being my Drum n' Bass folder. Mind to point, when I first started mixing I tried so hard to mix Drum n' Bass the more Acid stuff but at the time I just couldn't understand the style, the software and equipment enough to pull it off, so 3 years later or so, we cross paths again, with a bit more experience under my belt I decided to work with the tunes I had, and make something out of it, Left Over Acid is the result. I think the name somewhat tells the story between Drum n' Bass and myself. I am fully aware this particular style isn't everyone's cup of tea, tho I do suggest you give a chance and see where it leads you into. I hope you find the beauty I have found here, cheers!

Awesome stuff Elbowz. I tagged this a while back after you mentioned doing another drum & bass mix. Had been listening to some others on here recently and love a bit of DNB/Breaks to break up all the prog/minimal/techno etc, and boy this didn't disappoint. I think it should be instructed by the powers at Mixcloud that you deliver a fresh DNB mix to us at least every 3 months from now on. No slacking. The people have spoken. :-)
thank you very much for the wonderful comment my friend, very thoughtful of you, very humbled by it, FEAR NOT, I have just posted something that might bring a smile ;)
Now there's good service for the people!!!! Fair play Daniel I look forward to the new mix. I have a day travelling around London tomorrow. I think thats gonna be the soundtrack. Always love D&B in the city. :-)
Leftover Acid 😂. Love the mix.
thanks for listening Joel, cheers!

thank you so much Pulse, as you can tell, your DnB is exactly what i like in DnB as well, much appreciated your comment tho, you hit spot on the ingredients of these tunes, DnB for me always been my guilty/pleasure sin, the acid components with the jazz mixed with lounge moods always gets me, the SHAME and reason why I don't post more, is simply to the fact I don't have enough tunes to make another set properly, finding good Liquid is simply a dismal experience at beaport lol there were times i went thru 500+ samples to find 3 tracks, tho i dont have another source, or better source, but will be more, as soon i find a better way to hunt down the good stuff, thanks again my friend, cheers!
You're mistaken sir! not everyones but surely you know what really happens when you just put your heart into "just mixing". The talent and subtle tone melding the tracks, bpm and rythyms smoothly just put you at "chill status". THUMBS WAY UP AND CHEERS TOYOU TOO GOOD SIR! FROM THE USA!
hey Ex machina sorry, i didnt see your comment on my alerts, thank you so much for such kind words!!! much appreciated, cheers!!

So, I've no experience whatsoever with DnB and really never gave it much of a chance. But this set actually sparks some intrigue. I love the smoothness and jazzy feel to set. So chill and yet exciting! If this genre of music is not your forte, you can't tell..... Excellent set!
Mr Severelda, what a nice comment thank you very much, and i do strongly recommend you try it DnB at some point, at first will mess with you brain big time when you her this super fast track and realize the software counts as 86bpm lol, this entire set fluctuated from 85 to 87 bpm's THAT'S IT! lol Thanks for stopping by, looking forward to your next piece, cheers!
Daniel, you affirm my belief that you have an innate skill for tune selection. Even with DnB your track selection & programming is so tight! Honestly I slowed down on DnB because of the way it was being played , it would get monotonous but you have proved to me that it is a myth!
Loved this set, it has energy interspersed with melodies and atmospheric samples and it is so well constructed! Loved the tunes "Beyond the Wall of Sleep", "Stars". My favourite was "Intermission".
Great Mixing, you know that already :)
Mr Sunil thank you so much for such wonderful feedback, much appreciated my friend, makes me so happy to know you guys enjoyed it!
Excellent! I was catching up on messages after a long trip and your linky was in there. Perfect homecoming. Chill, jazzy, playful and yet warm. Really enjoying this a LOT, and I'd love to hear more in this style from you. I know it's tricky (god knows I've been struggling to mix DnB properly), and I think you just lived up to the challenge. Keep it up ^_^
Miss Macbeth thank you very much for checking out, glad you took your summer break, hope that recharged you for the soon coming holiday season as far DnB, its is really rewarding style when you get it right, hopefully someday we get to listen on of your own DnB set, take care and thank you very much for the support :)
Hey Daniel - this is why I love MC so much as wouldn't normally search out a Drum n' Bass session but always know that something you put together is going to worth listening to and this was no exception. Lovely and smooth and jazzy and floaty altogether and if I'm going to listen to any DnB then this is it. Loved it and opened my ears to something I would't normally listen to so thank you for that :))
See i didn't went country lol....My friend John, happy you had a chance to check it out, and even more happier to link you with these wonderful tunes, thank you so much for giving a try and so happy you enjoyed John, 100% MC does gives us a chance that is just precious, take care as well my friend, cheers!
