Advance CTE is a national non-profit representing State Directors and state leaders responsible for secondary, postsecondary and adult career technical education (CTE) in the U.S. and U.S. territories. Kate Blosveren Kreamer, Deputy Executive Director of Advance CTE, discusses the sixteen career clusters and career pathways that open doors to job opportunities for students in a wide range of fields and the various forms of work based learning, such as internships, apprenticeships and student run enterprises, that help students determine what fields they may or may not wish to pursue in the future.
