Dublin Explorer - The Little Sugarloaf: Growing up before the N11 was even a dual carriage way, The Sugarloaf, Glendalough, Djouce and all the other spectacular aspects of The Garden County seemed that bit further away. Now - outside of rush hour - they're all within easy reach. Despite attaining two and a half score years, I had not set foot on The Little Sugarloaf until this day. Accompanied by our cousin Win - from New Jersey and Washington State - we headed up this unexplored, unappreciated little sister to the better known Greater Sugarloaf. It's worth the climb. Unlike the Big Sugarloaf, you have a view of the coast from one side and yes .... a view of the Great Sugarloaf from the other. (Pic shows Dublin Explorer's original team in action)
