Do you know why mixing dubstep is so hard?
Simple, dubstep is amazingly selfish. The way songs are built in dubstep it’s not organized nor creative. Dubstep simply goes ahead and mix a bunch of feelings into a song and sorry but that’s not a song’s job. From my point of view: the very best way to mix dubstep it’s to make it yourself, and use a huge amount of cuts and edits in order to actually mix something. I just did a dubstep set and it went incredibly wrong. I couldn’t find a single song where mixing was a posibility.
