So does anyone have a clue how the algorithm works for global charts? Anyone, class??

its a load of shite ive had an account since 2014 never made more than 20 but unimportant i know some users who get no 3 fer example and they been doing it 5 minutes haaaa
Same as regional charts - A mixture of plays, listening length, likes, comments. I would state that if your personally like a Mix over another doesn't mean it will chart higher. You have to think of terms of engagement, but also following and exposure. Popular DJs will get higher positions but that disent always mean the mix is better.
Yeah, this. Listens, Favorites, Reposts. And likely to chart higher in less popular/less used sub-genres.
Def agree on personality! Being disabled I found VR and it changed my life, I was spinning since 1998, I can’t touch real gear or stand which I never sat, but it’s a great group.
