Emotions are... "fun" haha. :) With the highs and lows that come and go it's good to understand how you feel and find a way to express it. As the title suggest this mix was inspired by the blend of the heartache moments as well as the rush from the heartthrobs. ^.^ Be kind, take care of yourself, and remember that you're valid and worth it... you can work it, put your thang down flip it and reverse it (sorry I had to) :P
