Today we are connecting to our CREATIVITY and EXPRESSION - acknowledging the freedom to express your inner world through this dance with Water.

Dropping deeper into this container of Water with appreciation and acceptance of your UNIQUE SELF EXPRESSION - the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns and relationships and to create meaningful new ideas as an expression of your inner world.

Notice where you feel "wholly connected" in your life, where life feels good, and express yourself from that place.

Whether you are prone to feeling too big or too small, or not enough of or too much of that….all is welcome here. Water does not judge - it just IS. You are just YOU.

Play with water - let it show you where you’re stuck and dance with that. Let it allow you to flow on your way.
