And actually as I danced I cried because I was so happy that I was setting a very strong boundary , knowing who I am, what my intentions are & what I stand for, no matter how people may perceive my actions , I cried out the pain of projections / illusions gifted to me by the outside world, that are not true, that I do not wish to receive or carry. Simply because it is not mine to carry. Dancing with this was very powerful.
