Day 10 Fire

Deepening our exploration of the play of fire in our beings, today we focus our fire through expressive movement. Our energy needs expression. Fire is a dance of light and shadow. As we feel our fire emotively we express our love and passion, our anger and rage, our creative and destructive nature, in movement, not in words. Let this mornings dance be a dance of everything you want to say and express right now. Shapes, angles, expressions, posturing and form! Shout it out in movement!
