Introducing Longpound Sounds!
The evening starts at 7pm with Open Decks until 9pm, but this isn't just any open decks night. We are looking for DJs AND Producers who have never had the chance to play out before, or who haven't played their tracks to other people or heard their tracks played loud before. There is no age limit to this, but we would encourage as many young people from the surrounding areas to get out of the bedroom, get onto the dance floor and get involved. This is not a competition, but we do want it to succeed so there are caveats here.
1) Open deck sets are 30 or 45 mins long and must be booked in advance
2) Anyone coming to play, must advertise the night on all social media platforms
3) Anyone coming to play, must bring their friends
4) This is a paid for event - we want to give back as much as you put in.
5) Alcoholic drinks won't be served in the barn until 9pm to enable people under 18 to come along and gain experience in a real life situation while showcasing their music.
After 9pm SIDETRAKKA (Sid E Trakka)and DKY-UK will be spinning the beats and will be joined by DJs they think you'll rate just as much as they do.

These mixes were recorded on the night starting with me @SIDETRAKKA then @DKY UK, Tom Freethos, Little Fee and Wax Equestrian. I think you'll find they're pretty groovy.
