Sending deep prayers out to all those killed, injured, lost their homes or in anyway affected by all the war going on in the world right now...music has the power to heal and without it we would be lost.....
An old Chinese proverb once said - Stress is who you think you should be. relaxation is who you are.
So we find patience and pause between thought and action to realise we are the pure presence needed in these times to end the Babylon kingdom x
