Famed New York nightclub Studio 54 opened in April of 1977 and closed February, 1980.
All the legend took place in less than three years. It was the Star Trek of clubs.
The line at the door was exceeded only by the lines laid out on the tables of the VIP.
The doorman recognizes you, parts the red rope and welcomes you home.
Join your friends inside for one last night of drinking, drugging and dancing:
Andy and Liza, Debbie and Devine, Bianca and Halston, Elton and Truman, Grace and Donna, Michael and Woody, Calvin and Cher, Brooke and Babs, Mick and Keith, Liz and Jackie, Belushi and Travolta — everyone seems to be here tonight.
Period hits by Donna Summer, The Bee Gees, Rick James, The Trammps, Village People, Chic, Earth, Wind and Fire, and many more.
“A dictatorship at the door, and a democracy on the floor.” -Andy Warhol
