This morning's ecstatic dance & moving meditation sound journey at Hridaya.
Atop a hill, overlooking the ocean, we recently gathered to go on another heart expanding sound journey "ecstatic dance" -- in a beautiful open air yoga, meditation, and movement space charged with years of meditation energy. Clean air off the sea, the sound of waves booming low thunder in the distance through air and the earth below.
This recording picks up after the warmup. There are a few spaces in between songs in which meditative instructions were given (but not on the recording). Finding your way to the heart center, asking the question, "Who Am I?"
Stepping into the unknown, together, in safe space. The invitation: to become the dance itself.
