Chikungunya is a name of a febrile mosquito-borne disease which originates in Central/East Africa. The name chikungunya is derived from Makande word meaning "that which bends up" in reference to the stooped posture developed as a result of the symptoms of the disease.
In the music, it is the same. One is the shaman which heals, others are the crooked and twisted up people moving to the sound of healing chants. For one to free themselves up from the chains of the disease, they have to move.
