After playing Ramon & The Crystalites (the first track in this mix) to http://www.mixcloud.com/marmalade166/ we got into some sort of quest: which reggae tunes do you know that feature a flute? We found loads of good tunes and many people joined us, unearthing many great and obscure goodies.
This is a mix of reggae tunes with flute from my own collection. I had great fun going through my records, trying to find a tune with flute. In the process, I found many great tunes that I hadn't heard in ages. Who knows, there might be a mix there ;)

@AlgoRiddim this mix is of the Uptempo album. I was thinking about segueing this into the dub but in the end decided not to do it because the mix is long enough like it is. Luke Lane is raw indeed :)
Mmmm, and that Righteous Kingdom. Its interesting, I haven't heard that mix of that track before. I was hoping you'd play the version from the 7", its got a nice breakdown with just the flute. The flute sounds on Luke Lane Rock really reminds me of the sound on Yabby's track you played here with Trinity.
