manifesto OUT

A dubbed out, chilled ramble through 2025. A sort of personal meditation, and ruminative trip. You are most welcome along.

manifesto OUT is a kind of processing of the year that was 2025. It is a homage and includes some of my favourite recordings from the year. Included are a couple of excerpts from the amazing KiF, Still Out LP which of course, is an endearing homage itself to Chill Out - what goes around come around - as well as being a beautiful thing of itself.
(How many times I have listened to Chill Out, could it be in the 100s?) Everything, I guess is a culmination of all that has come before it. 'We are made by history' Martin Luther King Jr.

I found making this end of year tribute to be a therapeutic and mind focusing activity and although in reverie to the past (both near, and far) it has allowed me to be much more in the present.

Also included are field recordings and sayings/quotes/mishearings which were interesting enough to be written up on the blackboard wall of our home. [Every year we clean it off and start again on Jan 1st.] Some of the sayings are profound, important and heavy and some are just silly, but they all made some kind of impression.
