Yeah a bump of mad jungle at the end but I'm a junglist what you expect, recorded on a set of well toured Vex''tax decks with burned out motors, I used to DJ in a lot of soggy tents or under leaky tarpaulins lol. I'm not a technics snob I will try play on any decks if needs must even gemini or kam belt drives if it gets people shaking out in the mud infront of the stack. This mix from around 2007-8 at one of 'those' parties up by the windmills above Todmorden after getting a complaint from a young lady about playing ragga jungle all night, I told her I did have some 'not jungle' I played this set lol (I have had my 1210s since 1994 by the way but best decks I ever owned was Vestax PDX a2s just I played them that much I burned our the motors on them too)

our reputation precedes us before we step inna di rave
as mi pick up the M,I,C I just mash up the whole of di place
people love it like sweeties from the first time they get a taste
if them could get it on a plate, them would have surely stuffed them face
X amount of crews put on dem dancing shoes
and bumrush the dancefloor in their 3's and 2's
them a get in their groups and dem a express their views
but in case you never heard di news......
This was not the best mix in the world as the vextax pdx 2000 deck motors where at the end of their life and 2x Behringer EP1500 amps where both one high clip away from thowing DC voltage to the drivers just took a simple 4x18 Wharfdale subs and 4x 15 Intimidation topcabs set up no tent as was only expecting around 30 to 50 people to turn up with another psytrance rig then another psytrance soundsystem and some of the herbal tea party crew tuned up serving herbal highs from the back of a campervan, (I went a bit heavy on the wizards brew lol) I thought 'if it rained the decks and amps would be the fire starers' lol. about 800 people turned up at a place called coal clough windfarm between Hebdenbridge/Todmorden in Yorkshire and Burnley in Lancashire, it was a realy fun night I have many fond memories of

Bless you sir, have a quick wretch through my shows on my profile, you might find a bit more off the mainstream roads tunage there lol. Going to be a few months before flood damage is sorted so nothing new for a time plus only been here on a week, before committing to monthly plans to post more I got to pay for a fair bit of building work and supplies and time to get the riverbed off what was once my carpet...

Cheers fellah, I'm just a stoner DJ my only talent is playing tune in a flowing order and timing the breaks to fade out at the right moment real talent goes to producers, loads of Bristol UK producers in this one like Smith and Mighty, DJ Deekline, Ed Solo aka Red Polo etc plus people like DJ Tayo, PD Syndicate, Rat Pack Blowfelt and Slarta John, Youngstar and Dizzy Rascal. This was recorded about 15 years ago, I'm new to the site so thew some of my old works up as was given 10 slots to fill. Most of my recordings where made at 'those' sort of parties out in the woods, moors or Fells remote locations of Northern England and and all of Scotland. I will put a track list together for you but just had a flood here last week so might be a while, Records where first on my list to move so 😅, Maybe when I'm all sorted I will do some home recordings for a change. Glad you like it bless

my first decks BRS ripped from old radiograms and fag packet and sellotape modification for a tiny bit of speed variation, I was only 13 but was enough to mix a track from electro 3 into a track from electro 7 lol. My first separate TT was a Pioneer with +-6 rotary and then a sony with a pitch fade soldered in by pirate radio DJ. First technics... SL 1800 bought from pawn shop age 16 £30 thatcher pounds then a year later got an SL 1600 for a quater but no pineapples lol. My 1210s bought new from Germany where cousin was stationed in army £200 each cos Deutsche mark was weak against pound and £300 in UK 1994. My mate was Vestax World Champ so got good cast offs from him lol...My Padowan used to run his sound with Cerwin Vega pro cabs . Lee or Woody. He was from Blackburn just over the hill from my home ground lol. First Soundsystem cost me £150 when I was 15 (I worked in local bakery from 14yo hoping to buy new technics and jazz drum kit from Premier) got from a Mosque in town of Batley next to FOX biscuit factory that was being pulled down to build a bigger one. Had plans of baking and prep food and DJing for weddings which never panned out. Had 16x full range 16" cabs running 16 ohms Cabs made in Huddersfield by Richard Allan, 2x 220 Norman 70s PA amps also made localy in Wakefield. Spent a year fixing them up and getting good cables and connectors first outing an acid party in Osset village hall where the Orbit would start a year or so later lol. Had cabs tied with an old truck strap from a local textile mill for strapping towers of wool bails down. About a hour in drunk kid made stack fall on some poor girls. shortly after my mate finished YTS training making coffins and got a job in a satellite town called Heckmondwike. Turned out to be company called Fane and that was it with my inside man lol...😎
