I have been DJing since 1986 and largely been local. I worked clubs between 89 and 98 then took a sabbatical from the scene. I have been back at it for the past 10 years. Mixcloud (and Covid) has given me the opportunity to put myself back out there without having to hit the road. New tech has been a huge enabler for more creative sets, and being a tech junkie, I am fully embracing this and looking for new ways to be creative, whether it be through my sets or the tech I use for more compelling video presentations, which seems to grow by the month.
