Hope you are all well and happy!
In my belief, mind over matter means that you are what you think. Conscious thoughts drive subconscious thoughts, feelings, and actions. It is a matter of willpower. If a person tells himself he or she will be happy and successful, he or she will become happy and successful. If he believes he will be an unhappy, miserable failure, that's what he will become. If you believe you will succeed at something, you will. If you believe you will fail, you will. If you believe you can, you will get better in anything. This applies to basically all situations. All things are composed of matter or causes.
The phrase implies that if you think about something well enough, you can defeat any foe or solve any worldly problem.
In this sense...watch your thoughts and motivation and you´ll be laughing!
Enjoy "Mind Over Matter" as much I did compiling and mixing.
