A mix to soothe the intense current of emotions that wash over us during times of Full Moons. We are 70% water, and so just like the tide at sea, waves of emotions can go crashing around in our insides. But alike this rise and fall of the sea, this motion for us shall too pass - and we will come back into a form of stillness. Be present, and be patient and most importantly be loving to yourself. This mix helps me ride that wave with more ease, I hope it does the same for you.
