An un-facilitated conscious dance journey. This mix we moved the first half towards the right direction using movement and imagination. Then the second half we moved left. Exploring the directions physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally, and in feelings, story's, and myths. It is interesting to discover what each directions holds for us in this moment.
The beauty of conscious dance is that we discover our own personal representation and meaning of the directions. In this way each direction we move holds practical wisdom for our personal journey. Instead of reading and trying to practice what others have said about the directions or what they supposedly represent based on a specific spiritual tradition, we simply dance and get our own understanding.
