This was the un-facilitated mix for a Dance Awake class that also happened to fall on my birthday. The invitation is to dance your life from your birth to the present day. Start on the floor as if you have just taken birth and then allow yourself to dance along whatever memories of your lifetime surface. Move with them in conversation and celebrate your life!
