We are all ageing. What do sexuality and sex feel like in the ageing body? How does ageism prevent sexuality in long term care institutions? What about older queers? How does this intersection of ageism and sex-negative discourse play out in the context of a colonial white supremacist culture?
This month, Minuit is hosting Drama Therapist Susie Showers, and age activist and researcher Ryan Twinkle Backer, to talk about ageing and sexuality.
Special guests on the show are performer Jacqueline van de Geer, as well as Terri Roberton, an Expressive Arts Therapist who is sex therapy informed.
