When it comes to my live sets I don't stick to House music for long, and I tend pick from the vast cosmic cluster of musical genres that our sonic forefathers have left upon us.
Not that there's anything wrong with gracing the dance floor with a perpetual 4/4 beat.
But lately I've been cruising under the San Diego city lights, scooting over to the Mexicali Way.. Tijuana's twisted glamour, the ritual festivities, the extravagant midnight munchies, the impregnable color scheme of the rustic monuments and architectures, the foray of loud music and sounds oozing from every orifice, the carefreeness and unconditional loving from the locals. All of that in one big Mc Whopper combo, and HOUSE music.
Watching the natal brethren rush into the dance floor as they strip off their individuality and surrender themselves to the House beat, regardless of their personal style or 'scene'; HeartBeats of joy.
PS:I've made this in hopes of getting a gig at a donkey show.
