Bit of a throwback to the yesteryear of house parties, old friends..ok maybe not old friends but mainly Gen X'ers who grew up during an interesting decade that brought forth a music movement that would never be forgotten.
This one's for my close friend Benjamin Ang. Keep It Cosmic brother.

Funny the Nick Heyward song sounds so current
See? It does right? When I was young and got problem with some girl or what, that would be 1 of the few songs I would listen to and get depressed, I don't know why. Never was the Ballad kind. the other was Jody watleys Most of All. Shall use that for another mix.
BAD BOYS! That was a song that dominated the FUNCTIONS that I used to go to ... also Wham Rap and Club Tropicana ...
Ya damn hard to mix those man, Esp Bad boys cus there was no Quantizing and the Metronome was totally off, when I played sussudio over it, the layering part had to be constantly pitched.
AGADOO DOO DOO - loved the music video for that too
just had to throw that is, since I found a good condition copy of it, never had a chance to actually use it lol
GET THE BALANCE RIGHT!!!
Very many thanks Ashe. Love the typewriter. Hey haven't heard some of these for agessss ... got my feet tapping ...
As much as I did not like some of the more bubbly light sounds A-Ha had with tracks on their 3rd album onwards but scoundrel days was a master piece to me more so then the 1st album, I was angry that I've Been Losing you was not a bigger track then it was, far more superior then Take On Me if You Ask me, Check out the full extended when you can.
