Through the 1980s, I worked in clubs that shut down at 3 AM. Every night, 2:00 AM was the crossroads. You either kept driving the BPM higher… or you dropped it to around 100 and rebuilt the whole room from the floor up. When we chose the drop, it might have sounded something like this.
