MATIZES ( collection )

Brazilian bass/guitar-player, singer and composer, giovanni mazziotta known as ANNIMA MOOD, was born in Rio de Janeiro. His influences are João Gilberto, Jorge Bem Jor, João Donato, Hermeto Pascoal, Tim Maia, etc. His own style is a mix of samba-jazz and samba-funk with flavors of bossa nova. Now, he lives in Prague where he plays with his band and works on his new project RAINY DAYS (2020).

This collection was recorded in Rio de Janeiro between 2000/2010 (second edition Praha 2013) Special guests: Iguanabara, Urubu Sertao, Arnaldo Lazuli, Johanne Russell, Fabricio Signorelli, Diogo Spadaro, Rodrigo Zago, Movimento POP Goiaba, Niteroi Discos and Estudio Garimpo.
