Update: NJ's Gateway Project

Local lawmakers gave an update today on the Gateway Project to improve NJ Transit and Amtrak service.  The project would build a new rail tunnel under the Hudson River, add capacity to the northeast corridor, and expand New York's Penn Station.  WCBS Reporter Peter haskell spoke with New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez.
