In Iraq, U.S. casualties are down not just in Baghdad, but in dangerous Diyala province to the North. When the surge began in the Iraqi capital, many fighters re-located to Diyala but now, one military leader says they're on the move again. CBS News Correspondent Cami McCormick talks with Brig.
