Roman Rob's 'level 3' mix is the warmest mix of the year, falling between spring and autumn. The 'level 3' mix occurs when the sun passes directly above the equator because of the tilt of the Earth. When Roman Rob is based on the Earth his position in relation to the sun, is called a 'level 3' summer time chiller.
