Slithis (1978)

Slime pervades the boiler room this week on the 100 Years of Horror, as the Phantom and Lester welcome slime monsters one and all, including the mud monster from 1978's 'Slithis'. In addition to talking about the evolution of ooze, they recount this tale of a nuclear plant's waste combining with the nearby mud from the canals in Venice, CA to form a man (and dog) eating slime monster. You'll want to be sure to tune in for the synopsis on this one, as the film is filled with perhaps the most unusual one-liners so far this century.
