N.O.K, Leeds. N.O.K is an abbreviation of next of kin and was chosen because everyone can relate too music and express every emotion just as you can with your family. Therefore people can relate to the music I play and I can be classed as their "Underground Uncle".
House music has been a huge part of my life and it all started with EDM. Carl cox stated that EDM is a gateway that leads to other genres, which is what happened to me when I went to creamfields for the first time. I was introduced to tech house and techno and now i'm a fanatic of these genres. Starting out on the Numark mixtrack pros I have now upgraded to Numark Nv's which this mix was produced on. Im saving up for some CDJ's but with me just finishing University these will come with time.my mates will have to do.
I have just recently started an online music production course in the hope that soon I'll be able to produce music that will be loved by the ever loving underground.
