mixes you need

We’re always very proud when creators take the time to upload their incredible mixes to Mixcloud. Because of your hard work, we want to pay it forward and give your shows their due credit. Below, you’ll find a selection of mixes that have surfaced over the last week and that we’re digging at the moment. Read on for dives into everything from Country Blues to Nu Jazz.

Sooyeon – International Women’s Day Juno Mix

London-based DJ and producer sooyeon might be familiar to you but if not, she’s one of the best DJs out right now. Her sets are steeped in modern club flavours and she creates audio parties at will. She recently linked up with Juno for a stomping guest mix packed with bouncy Techno, House and wide ranging electronic sounds. She says of the mix: “As a Pisces I am feeling things greatly and I wanted to make a mix that reflected the craziness in the planets right now but also something hopeful, light and undoubtedly clubby.”

DJ Mr Lob – The Freedom Suite – Music For A Peaceful Now

We’re living in heavy times, and it’s more than ok to take a break and unwind. DJ Mr Lob has the same idea, offering up a calming selection of Downtempo, Nu Jazz and Downtempo to realign your musical chakras. The Australian selector hit the nail on the head with this one.

Lynda Ddane – Drums & Drops

Uganda’s very own Lynda Ddane is a multidisciplinary marvel. She’s a TV presenter at NTV –  the African nation’s leading TV station – as well as a model, influencer and DJ. She starts her new mix with a classic that made us stop in our tracks: ‘Wannabe’ by the Spice Girls. All before gliding through tracks by Bruno Mars, Naira Marley, DJ 2EFFECTS and more. Who knew that Pop and Afrobeats sounded this good together.

gones – MELODIOUS MOSAIC RADIO SHOW #15 – 16/03/2026

After 13 years and 423 shows on CampusFM in Toulouse with the ‘GhettoBlasterShow,’ gones has returned to radio every other Monday with the ‘MELODIOUS MOSAIC RADIO SHOW.’ His guiding principle for the show is simple: “Jazz to House and everything in between.” Which fits his general mission to push musical boundaries. Tune in for some open-format goodness and a cheeky Stevie Wonder selection.

Reverend Pneumonia – Rockin’ Pneumonia 316

Reverend Pneumonia has a couple of things; a great name and a great radio show. He broadcasts his ‘Rockin’ Pneumonia’ from KBFG FM in Seattle and traces lines between guitar-based sounds. With everything from Honky Tonk and Country to Blues, his latest episode is great for an early afternoon drive with nothing but time on your side.

Jojoflores x Jamsteady – Therapy 182 Disco

Jojoflores is a decorated DJ who moves listeners every minute. The man from Montreal has won several DJing awards, including a three year stretch when he won The Pioneer Stylus award for ‘House DJ Of The Year.’ Weighty! In the latest chapter of his ‘Therapy’ mix series, Jojoflores turns his eye towards Disco. Nuff said; vibes for days.

The STEFAN – SUB PROCESS // 001

Bucharest-based The STEFAN is an open-format DJ with bags of style. His latest creative endeavour is ‘SUB PROCESS,’ a mix series exploring the lower layers of sound: bass-driven, system-focused, and built on tension and release. His debut moves through Dubstep, Drum & Bass and Jungle. This is a mix that blends weight, speed and pressure into a continuous flow.
