Msieur Choubi – Choubidouwap – Episode 06 – Saison 15

Transmitting from France, Msieur Choubi’s ‘Choubidouwap’ has been running for over 15 seasons, pushing out pure funk and groove. On the latest episode, Choubi pulls from various sources; movie soundtracks, Chillout anthems and Easy Listening tunes to soundtrack the midweek malaise. With tracks by Pete Drake, El Michel’s Affair, Funkadelic and Anotonio Carlos Jobim to name a few, this will ease you through your work shift, your afternoon run or a cooking session. All purpose!

The Face Radio – Punks In Parkas – 9 February 2026

The world is certainly heavy right now, with conflicts occurring around the globe. Accepting the call, Captain Dan and Penny Lane look at some famous protest songs on this episode of Punks in Parkas on The Face Radio. They play a slew of protest songs that still resonate today: Woody Guthrie, The Clash, Bob Marley and more. A truly riveting hour of music.

So Dope – Live From The Lab 001

New York-based selector So Dope keeps it simple, giving us a DJ set live from his home. It’s a deep dive into club sounds, often leaning into warm 2-Step tones, straight up Garage House bangers and intoxicating R&B edits. Exquisitely mixed, this mix lives up to the name of its creator.

Radio Vacarme – #SWAGOLOGY : KOZYSTORM invites k1000 (06/02/26)

Did we play this mix expecting to hear UK rapper Nemzzz over some weighty Drum & Bass? Not quite, but we’ll take it! Belgian radio station Radio Vacarme – built for and by queer and FLINTA artists – was in for a treat when resident KOZYSTORM pulled up for his regular show. Not only did he shell it down, but a guest mix from k1000 also blew us away. A treat all round. 

 

Selector Radio – After Dark w/ Zuri – 6 February 2026

Manchester-based DJ and eclectic selector Zuri stepped into the Selector Radio studios on a mission. Her After Dark mix tells a wonderful story, tracing a night out at the club from start to finish. She spins tracks from many familiar faces of the Manchester music scene and beyond, including Unsolicited Joints, TIMANTI, Iceboy Violet, Paul St. Hilaire, Sam & Jack Brickel, LINDT and more. Be prepared to feel at home, at the club and back home again.

HAL 9000 & pH – Amuse-bouche

For someone whose location is set as Antractica, HAL 9000 & pH sure knows how to bring the heat! Taking the time to highlight some amazing modern Disco and Jazz-Funk, this mix will get your feet tapping. Enough syncopated groove to fill three dancefloors.

dublab – EDICA+ – Dub & Effection: Feastful Frequencies (11.13.25)

Founded in 2019 as a radio show and online platform, Dub & Effection (D&E) is a project of Guyanese-American DJ and Dub-Stuy member EDICA+ that sheds a light on sound system culture. Its focus lies primarily on Dub, from the sound and production techniques to the equipment. While also exploring its connection to modern dance music such as Bass, Deep Dubstep and Downtempo. D&E’s 41st episode on dublab serves up a sonic assortment of flavors, from savory basslines to sweet melodies.
