Vinyl junkie residing in Galway on the west coast of Ireland. I have a regular night called Shuffle! playing soul, funk, reggae, 60s ska, rocksteady, latin boogaloo, jump blues, 50s r&r, soulful disco, dancefloor jazz or whatever else is called for - as long as its drenched in soul!
I've played support to Lee Scratch Perry, The Beat, The Strypes, Lee Fields, Jerry Dammers and The Mighty Diamonds. A regularish (I hate camping) on the festival scene. Some of the festivals I've played at are The Electric Picnic, Sea Sessions, Body and Soul, Antwerp Reggae and Soul Festival and The Sunflower Festival in Belfast aye.
I have been terribly blessed to have had the opportunity to play pubs and clubs around Galway, Ireland and further afield. Some of them by name are Rhythm N' Booze (Limerick), Sleepless Nights (Dublin), Somethin's Cookin' (Glasgow), Time Machine (Mayo) and Reggae Got Soul (Dublin).
I have all my own undyed hair.
