Tea (Camellia sinensis) blends well with herbs. Earl Grey? Yeah it often has bergamot oil and cornflowers. Heck even straight-up herbal infusions are often (and mislabeled) as tea, when they should be called tisanes. Regardless, herbs play an important role in the world of tea and it's worth a discussion.
