In the first of our foodie features for ZoneOneRadio, Vicky and Will went to check out the thriving, authentic American BBQ & Burger scene that is grazing its way across London.
We went to the incredible Red Dog Saloon on Hoxton Square, where we met owner, Tom Berk, to discuss everything from his passion & philosophy behind the restaurant, to the appropriately named "Devastator Challenge". Tom even gave us special access inside the kitchen to see (and eat) for ourselves just how utterly delicious real BBQ is.
After our eye-opening visit to The Red Dog Saloon, we challenged ourselves to take a modest budget and create a new burger. Listen to the cook-a-long and try it out for yourself; we're confident that this recipe will take pride of place at any BBQ that you rock-up to this summer.
