Joel Newnham

That was brilliant, something old, something new. Think I prefer that version of Diddy Diddy to the original. My favourite was between Marsheaux and Sound Tessellated. I definitely agree with Christian about Marc Almond.

White Lion Radio

You picked some good highlights there Joel, Marsheaux are a fantastic band and i'm amazed a big label hasn't signed them. Silicon Teens have done a whole album of 60s covers in a style similar to "Doo Wha Diddy Diddy, the album is from the early 80s and is called "Music For Parties".

The Lemon Circus

Typing over the OMD track which as you need never be told - is fantastic, one of my fave B-sides from PSB Miserabilism, some very good tunes some notable China Crisis,Depeche Mode and Blancmange. Good opening from Machinista, daily planet and fragile tom, very dark and atmospheric I think my fave track here. Still think Marc Almond has passed the test of time still doing incredible music almost 40 years on - brilliant :)

White Lion Radio

Can't argue with your comment about Marc Almond, he has got better and better over the years and has recorded some superb solo stuff, like you "Miserablism" is one om my favourite PSB B Sides, glad you highlighted some of the unsigned bands, all 3 you mention deserve to be on a big record label.
