The Lemon Circus

'Round & Round' one of my teenage bedroom mainstays :) just blasting it out and drifting away into a daydream of me singing along whereby the song actually became mine, I was the vocalist on stage singing this incredible song. Hey if you're fronting a band, it may as well be tunes like that But I think I also took credit for the synths too ;) What Have I Done To Deserve This yet another bedroom crowd pleaser, did the pet shop boys write, produce any dusty tracks that weren't singles i.e. LP tracks that I'd not have heard? I'd be interested in listening to that. Hide & Seek really is a great track and Strangers, here's were I just start listing your playlist... 15 minutes of fame sounded like kraftwerk robots in as much of the stomping electronic beats, would mix into a medley very well. Another good balance of new and faves pleasing company as ever :)

What Have I Done To Deserve This? is a timeless PSB track, what do you make of their new single "The Pop Kids", i'm not that keen but at least it is better than most of the tracks on "Electric"! By the way they produced & wrote half of one of Dusty Springfield's albums, I think the tracks they did were released as singles as far as I can remember. You should dig out the album PSB did with Liza Minnelli, it's a cracking album, "Don't Drop Bombs" is awesome of that record. "15 minutes Of Fame", you were right to pick up on the Kraftwerk influence because the track is by an ex-member of Kraftwerk, Karl Bartos.

Glad you enjoyed the show mate.
