The Lemon Circus

A bibbly bibbly bibbly bibbly bob - great lyeic on pass the Dutchie It debuted at #26 on the UK chart and rose to #1 the following week - an incredible feat back in the day. Rick - his tickets went on sale last Friday, tried to get 3 tickets for my sons who absolutely love him and the only ones left within minutes were the back ones at £71 per ticket - at checkout they added £24 each to the tickets for some fee or other so I abandoned my tickets at the checkout. Nearly £300 to see Rick, it's not like he's Cliff of anything. But Never gonna give you up - top tune. think I have the assembly on record somewhere (alongside my erasure) Open your heart one of my fave Madonna pop tracks. Feels like heaven and Love comes quickly also classics - but OMD stood out today as just such a fresh breezy synth melody, stunning.

£24 booking fee? Cheeky! Was it viagogo? They're always doing that, I hate them.

White Lion Radio

That is a total rip off Christian, a booking fee is a licence to print money, what is it anyway, your paying for the ticket so there shouldn't be a bookling fee! It is also like charging fans money for a meet and greet with an artist, years ago they came out and spoke to fans after a concert and signed stuff etc, anything to fleece fans!

What a selection! Pass the Duchy, an ultimate classic from 82, Rick Astley, Madonna during her best era, 80s dance pop. Men at Work and Miami Sound Machine. No White Loin playlist is complete without OMD and New Order, must admit "Sub Culture" is new to me and Pet Shop Boys. Another great list to cheer up a Monday, thanks.

White Lion Radio

Cheers matey, some classic tracks by classic 80s artists on this show, always found New Order's "Sub-Culture" a bit of a strange track.
