Another great playlist of 12" mixes Gary. Haven't heard that Nik Kershaw song before, it's great. That was a crazy mix of Rock me Amadeus, glad for the history lesson about Mozart though, that wasn't in the 7". I love that Alison Moyet song but apparently she didn't, her manager made her record and release it for financial gain. I reserve the right to take the medal Christian gave to Wham and give it to A Flock of Seagulls. That Thompson Twins song was in the Ghostbusters soundtrack btw.

White Lion Radio

Thanks Joel, never knew that about the Alison Moyet track, A Flock Of Seagulls never got the recognition they deserved, although they were massive in the states though.

Glad you enjoyed listening to the show.

As Christian says, that Moyet fact came from Wiki

The Lemon Circus

Still sat in the corner when it comes to flock of seagulls, thompson twins and visage - I know they're pioneers but don't recall all their hits. Far too many and I only came into music around 1987 by which time they'd been and went. So erasure, alison moyet, freddie all fab classics. Loved I touch roses (also the remix title is a 10 out of 10), not heard before nor the nik kershaw track which was a bit overdone on the production I thought. Falco alway enjoy hearing but I was watching a George Michael interview this weekend so Wham take the medal this week.

Glad you enjoyed it mate, I knew Erasure would please you. Also I was reading about Falco a few weeks back, a few years ago he was killed in a car crash would you believe. Never really took to Nik Kershaw myself, wasn't electronic enough for me.
