It's really easy to complain. If you aren't careful, it can become a habit and that's a big problem. What you focus on you magnify. If you focus on problems, you magnify your problems. The opposite of complaining is gratitude. Lots of studies have shown the amazing benefits of gratitude. I figured this Thanksgiving season would be a great day to talk about it.
