I was so struck recently by a business owner who refused to allow his employee to work with me on an independent project. It was clear that the owner felt threatened. The worry and fear expressed were along the lines of: this is mine and you aren't good enough to do that.
One thing I have learned as an "owner" is that it doesn't make sense to play this way on the field of life with others. People have all kinds of creative potential, that has nothing to do with us. If people are designed to create, to build, to collaborate - how can I as an "owner" determine what is mine and what isn't?
During our call today, I, Jeanne Catherine, will discuss the Divine Play Community, how it has evolved and what is unique about it - everything you need to know about letting go and letting a community thrive!
